What file format do you use?
All photos are captured in RAW and JPG. Videos will be MP4 with LOG colors to grab the best possible color from the video.
What photo quality/resolution can I expect?
Both drones provide 4K video with brilliant LOG color profiles that will pop in post processing. Photos are captured up to 20MP to grab the most detail possible.
How high can you fly?
Both drones can fly up to 400ft pending local laws and proximity to airports. At 400ft you can see approximately 20 acres of land below.
Can you provide RAW images?
RAW images are not typically provided to customers as they do not work well with social media platforms or many consumer grade photo apps. But can be provided on request for an additional charge.
What kind of drones do you fly?
I fly an Autel Evo 2 Pro, it utilizes a massive 1” sensor capturing 6K Ultra HD video with 10-bit A-Log colors. It includes 12 sensors dedicated to its 360-degree obstacle avoidance, providing maximum safety for people and objects nearby. 40 minute flight times and wind resistance up to 27mph make it a very versatile drone.
My favorite is the DJI Avata 2, which is an FPV drone. It utilizes a huge 1/1.3-inch sensor that captures stunning 4K HDR video with 1—bit D-Log-M colors. It is an immersive and agile drone with up to 20 minutes of flight time.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, I carry insurance for property damage, personal coverage, and fire.
What is your average turnaround time? Can you expedite my data?
3-5 business days is average. We can expedite for 48 hours or less for an additional cost.
How will I access my data?
Your data will be available for download via Dropbox or Google Drive. It can also be hosted on my YouTube page, and you can have a link that will always be active.
Do I need to be onsite for the shoot?
You do not need to be onsite. But it would be preferable if anyone we may come in contact with is aware of what we are doing onsite.
Are there any locations that are restricted?
Many locations are restricted near airports. I have methods of being able to fly anywhere but need advanced notice to be able to obtain waivers from the FAA and local airport. Please let me know if you have any concerns and I can confirm your location is good to go.
How do I receive pricing information? Do you accept credit cards?
We provide specific pricing sheets upon request. It will also detail everything you will receive with the package you choose. We do accept credit cards.
